This place is amazing. Fast. Convenient. I showed up and there was a full parking lot. Didn't have to wait like every other place, I was in and out in 15 minutes. Sam helped me at the counter, and he was quite pleasant. Will definitely be returning ??

They give you some hype about 20% off your first purchase and a free 8th. They were conveniently “out” of free 8ths. Also they told me the 20% off only works on non discounted products. So I got an OZ of non-discounted flower. Get to the register and “the 20% off doesn’t work for premium flower either”. Place sucks, cheaper flower

On first visit you are supposed to get 20% off. When you ask about it, they say everything is on sale, that's not what the discount says, NO MINIMUM SPEND. if we can't trust them to honor their discounts, how can we trust them at all.

I don't smoke myself but I went in with a friend just to check it out and they had a lot of options other than just smoking which I think was pretty neat they had chewables and gum as well as mints and other things so there was lots of options and they were super professional about everything which I thought was nice

Quality roots is a great dispensary and a breath of fresh air finally having one close to home when I used to drive 30 mins to and from Walled Lake. The staff are always extremely friendly and helpful. Fast service even when it's busy and free gram Friday is probably my favorite thing they do for their customers!
I placed an order online and once I got to the store to pick it up they would not honor the discount given online and I had to pay an additional $20 on top of what I planned to spend. They should have honored what I ordered and then fixed the issue on their end. Poor customer service.

Typical bait and switch, I drove over 30 minutes one way, their website clearly states they take credit cards and debit cards, then did the oh my, our bankers don't like paying 3% to credit cards, so instead of just being honest, I would have brought my debit card with me, they tell me once I'm there. I live right down the road from quality roots it took me longer to drive there than it get what want and back home. The way the system is set up I love it. And the stuff is awesome very friendly and helpful. I walked out of there feeling like I made new friends. So I give a ??up all the way around.
