I took an Uber to pickup an order and because my license was expired they wouldn't let me get my order..the previous time I came I was allowed, thanks for letting waste my money and time. Couldve let me get order this time and say next time I have to have a new id. Piss poor operation and customer service

I'm a little disappointed today...Ive been coming here for over a year, and pretty much, exclusively get flower from here, and pleasantries brand is very good quality , and I'm usually happy w my purchase..today, we purchased a prepackaged, higher end brand, ( ghost budsters, supersoaker), because you were out of what I usually like.

Bait and switch. Bud tender tells you to head to the register where your 25% off will be applied and at the register if you don’t bring it up then you don’t get the deal. Noticed seconds after purchase was completed and they told me there was nothing they could do about it. Went with a friend & the same thing happened to her. We call

The worst dispensary I’ve been too. They Barely have anything good . Pre packed eights are terrible, dry and don’t have any taste, or high . Might as well smoke hot air . Real smokers don’t waste your time or money.

Pleasantrees is my favorite dispensary in Michigan. I buy most of my goodies from them. I was there last Saturday 9/9/2023. I forgot to ask for my free door price before I checked out. They don't sell half ounces and their cheapest quarter is $60. I used to exclusively shop here until this started happening. I'd avoid this place like the plague, they don't have any good deals but worst of all, they don't sell halves so you have to spend $120 on 2 quarters and that's just outrageous.

Stuff was out of reach even with your personal guide couldn't smell anything they didnt even have papers had power tubes for the oils but no oil pods. Needs to step up guys your pulling last would rather drive down to river Rouge at least at JARS your personal guide lets you smell and plenty of supplies!!!!

Went there 4 months ago and the shelves were stocked full. Went there yesterday and they were out of everything except for their own brand. I bought 40 DOLLAR disposable that DOESN'T WORK!!! Also bought a 25 dollar preroll that was your brand and it was supposed to be sativa. It was indica. Total waste of time and money. Never again.

It’s a really nice place, just not run very well—there’s no separate line for pickups like at places such as Herbology, so you have to go in and wait in the long line of people buying in person, which defeats the whole point of a pickup to get your order quickly.
