Went to pleasantrees today and was treated with what felt like absolutely hate. Brandon, the manager, insulted us and practically went off on us for having our own opinion. He made us feel unwelcome. So we left. Don't even know if we will go back

So want to start this off with my 1 star review has absolutely nothing to do the products. Pleasantries products are always on point. But my budtender stacy not so much really. Stacy is always rude and I never seem to get my free eighth when she is my budtender. She rushes you and makes you feel bad for shopping in this store. this

i have been trying to purchase shake from houghton lake and they never have it...it has been over a month... i am going to yr competitor cause they said they will accommodate me with an ounce of shake cheaper than pleasantrees...i call all the time but to no avail...you MAY HAVE lost a customer...

Cant smell or touch the product. Also, the flower comes in sealed packages. At JARS they allow you to smell them all and they weigh it right in front of you.

Pleasantrees is my go to dispensery. They have wonderful staff, great products, fair pricing, a rewards program and deals. I love how efficient and clean they are and the classy displays. Everytime I go in it's like meeting up wth friends.

The only reason I'm not going to give a high 5 is I ordered permanent marker bud tender said it tested at 34% and I get home and the bag said 27%,I'm kind of upset I thought I had the real permanent marker

Pretentious, overpriced, and downright shoddy customer service. Walked in and asked about pre-rolled selection, was told with an exasperated sigh and a "you'll actually view most of our menu online" and the 'budtender' held out a tablet with tiny text arms length away from me. I recognized a familiar brand of infused pre-rolled joint

I like the place and staff, but do NOT buy their version of a jeeter or stizzy. They immediately clog up. Very poorly made and the keef doesn't even stick the them very well.
